A large berm can be seen being built along a roadway in the Dakota Dunes, South Dakota, area as the Missouri River continues to rise possibly reaching 30 feet or more as it overflows its banks. Many people anxiously wait to see how much flooding will occur to surrounding areas and communities, Tuesday, May 31, 2011.
